Awesome value for money. The rooms are clean and well equipped, hot water was running great and you get toiletries. Tom and his team are just lovely and the breakfast was nice as well. I extended my stay cause I felt so welcomed. The free bikes are great to get around town and also get quickly to the non-touristic places.

Lovely little guest house. Couple that run it are just the nicest people, so friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean, breakfast was good. Free bikes to use to explore the city and the owners can help sort out anything else you could need, for us that was scooter rental and an onward train ticket. Can even leave bags there after check out and continue to use the bags. Fantastic

The room was clean. The bathroom drainage sink had issues and water drained very slowly. The breakfast was very average and they didn't offer baguette which is quite standard in Laos and instead only had normal toast. You also can't select which fruit drink you get. The staff were helpful in arranging transportation. It was also very helpful to be able to rent their bicycle for free to take into the city.

The perfect place to stay in Luang Prabang! A 5 minutes walk from the old town, it's away from the main hustle and bustle. The rooms are fantastic, spacious, with comfy beds and are spotlessly clean. The bathroom is great too - with a powerful shower. Air conditioning was very good too at cooling the room down. Great views too looking out towards the mountains. Value for money wise, the breakfast option was great value! Overall a lovely place to stay, with the owner being very helpful and informative if needed. We extended our initial stay to spend a total of 5 nights here! Our only wish was that it could have had a pool - as it was so hot in the town!
