Absolutely outrageous and disregardful attitude of the hotel administration. We booked a room at one address, less than a day before arrival it turns out that the room will be in another hotel at Parnassus station, the difference in location is huge. We urgently had to look for a new hotel. Fraudsters who can only be dealt with in court!

We rented 2 apartments in June: a Fortuna studio and a one-room apartment with a kitchen. When checking in, be prepared to accept the apartment yourself; the administrator does not accompany or rent out the room, although according to the hotel rules he should, the list of things is written on two sheets and many things were missing. We only found out about the deposit of 15 thousand upon check-in, so unexpectedly! As it turned out upon check-in, the very name of the Fortuna room speaks for itself. There was no TV or hairdryer in the room, although it was stated on the website. The administrator explained to us that this category of rooms is for luck, in some places there is a TV and a hairdryer, in others there is no, we were unlucky.😄 The freezer in the refrigerator was so frozen that it did not open. The administrator suggested that we defrost the refrigerator ourselves. 😄 The hob did not work in both rooms, it was repaired only the next evening, after repeated reminders. The rooms lack household supplies and small items. Is it really impossible to put sugar, tea, salt, vegetable oil? There is also no basic sponge, dish soap, rags, or shower accessories for one day; there is no room cleaning. The hotel administration is extremely unfriendly to the guests, you won’t get a smile or a kind word, they react to any remark as if the guest is bothering them with little things and distracting them from important matters. Also, at 2-30 at night, the fire alarm went off in two blocks, it was necessary to evacuate, people, including small children, ran out into the street, no one organized us, because... The hotel administration is on site from 9 to 21 o'clock, there is no contact with it, people stood around, trampled around, decided that everything was probably fine and went back to their apartments. The next day, no comments or explanations either.
