The room was clean with all of the toiletries available. It was quiet despite overlooking a busy road. The staff arranged for my airport transfers and waited for my late arrival. They also showed me where to eat at that late hour and helped to arrange for me to go to a hammam the following day, providing a ride for the uphill to make sure I could make it on time. They gave me a nicer room so I could overlook the Sea of Marmara. It had a lovely enclosed patio. The room also had a water kettle. The place seemed very conveniently located to many things. Only downsides were the many stairs to go up and down to/from the room if you don't like stairs and my toilet lid didn't stay up well when I sat to use it so it leaned against my back. The staff was gracious and kind. Overall it met my needs for an extended layover stay.

Stayed 3 nights at the top floor with balcony and Seaview free breakfast. The best part is feeding the seagulls. The food is typical Turkish breakfast. Receptionist Mr. Kaihan is warm, welcoming, polite and friendly. Historic places are near by and there is mini market at the hotel. I would definitely stay here next time I visit Türkiye.

Hotel placed in a very beautiful place in fatih. Close to most important sight seeing areas here. Staff are also incredibly friendly.

We have a room with balcony, the view of the Bosphorous in the morning at the breakfast buffet is esplendid. However, rooms are practically untouched during our stay of 4 nights, I have to requests in different days for toilette paper. There's no lift. I reserved a tranfer to the airport, they charged me 40 Euros, and at last minute another hotel guest, passanger came in. Driver was driving 190 km/hr at some parts of the higway, although I was no in a hurry. The auto was an sport sedan Honda.
