I'm happy with pretty much everything except bed bugs. Was bitten a few times. My wife was bitten too. Please get rid of bed bugs. If there were no bed bugs, then it would be a really good place. Everyone is respectful and helpful. This place has good location, good size rooms, good working a/c. There are a few shortcomings too, starting from small to big ones: 1. Thin walls - can hear everything - not a big deal for me, though 2. No physically working privacy lock in the room - ( the one on the lock is not working ) 3. No laundry - even nearby 4. No storage for bags - (I guess I'm spoiled by Hilton and many other places that do have them) 5. Bed bugs - huge deal - I hate this. That is the only reason for 2 stars. Otherwise, I would rate it 5 stars - it's a pretty good place for its price.

Though not fancy or new the Lincoln Arms Suites may be a great place to stay in South Beach - Miami Beach. It depends on expectations of course but we were happy and very comfortable in a large studio apartment type hotel room that had one queen bed, kitchen, tub etc. The staff is great... very friendly and attentive.

Amazing price and location! 3 star price, 5 star room!!!! Much better than Hilton we lived a couple days ago!!! Love it!

The hotel is in a great location. Right after my husband and I park out car in the garage, which is around 8 minutes walking, we didn't need the car for 3 days. When we arrived at the hotel, everything was clean and the wifi is great. The kitchen is convenient for a simple meal. The shower has low pressure, but it's fine. The bed is ok. The decor is nice. The remote didn't work and neither did the coffee maker. Unfortunately, what weighs more in this review is regarding the level of noise, which is not this hotel's strong point. We booked 3 nights reserved, but we only slept 1 night relaxed. We asked for a quiet room, because we are light sleepers, and the receptionist assured us it would be. The room he gave us faced the street, but there was little noise from the street. What was really heard was the noise from the hotel. Unfortunately, the headboards of the beds are against the hallway wall. Because of this, some mindless guests spend the early morning talking on the phone. I understand that the hotel cannot control this, but they could put up a sign reminding guests to be quiet at night, especially due to the location of the headboards. The biggest problem is the noise from the staff. We woke up with the extremely loud conversations between the housekeeping staff. And the other day, which was the check-out day, a staff was hitting with some tool before 8 am. We explained the situation to receptionist David that we couldn't sleep even 5 hours due to the noise and whether we could leave at least 1 hour later. The answer was that it would be charged. We asked to speak to the manager and he informed us that the manager was not available. Therefore, if you are looking for a place in Miami Beach to sleep the whole night and wake up refreshed, this may not be the most appropriate hotel.
