Stayed here for 5 nights with my family and loved it so much. Room was spacious enough for us, well equipped with amenities, even a microwave, and beds were huge and comfortable! Beautifully designed and felt very homely. Location was good, walking distance to some eateries, temples and monuments. And Sunday Night Market was literally just a stone's throw away when you exit the home. Owner was very helpful the whole stay. Enjoyed the stay and would definitely love to be back here again.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Excellent location right in the center but it was very quiet. Just 10 meters away are incredible local eating places, one was even a Michelin awarded noodle place. Spacious and clean rooms. Biggest asset of the place is Ms Luck, the owner. She took care of us in every way. When she booked our tours, instead of pocketing the commission, she gave us a hugely discounted price. We wouldnt have cared whether we paid full or discounted but she cared.

The owner was the sweetest she organized so many things for us!! Let us store our luggage, gave us everyday new water, offered coffee for free! Best location ever as well! Gave us advise on what to do and where to eat really good (Khao Soy) would recommend 100%

Excellent 2 week stay at this modest hotel. The family run team at the hotel can't do enough for you and can help with booking tours and experiences (I recommend the Thai cookery school which was great fun). The hotel is on a quiet side street right in the center of the old town so a great location as you can walk everywhere. My room was large, had a kettle, fridge and microwave so you could store and reheat food, and basic crockery and cutlery provided. Water is provided daily. The bed was very comfortable. Can't recommend this venue enough.
