Not charming and quite noisy all the time between road traffic, people loud at night and other guests coming back at night. Unlike most reviews, we did not find the staff particularly nice. There may be better rooms but ours (#2) was not great. Breakfast average and served inside the room.

An amazing hotel with 6 rooms, it’s so lovely and they notice the detail in everything. They did everything and more to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we wanted and needed. We were going to be late for check in (they have self check in after a certain time but are always available over the phone if you need them) but the receptionist stayed on for us. Breakfast was brilliant, you got it in your room every day. It’s a typical Italian breakfast with toast, pastries from the local bakery, juice, coffee, fruit, etc. The hotel was extremely central, 30 mins walk from the Vatican, 20 from the colosseum, 5 from the pantheon, 15 from the Trevi fountain and 20 from the Spanish steps. There’s also a fantastic restaurant called Pasta e Vino within 2 minutes walk of the hotel. Bus stop is a few steps from the hotel as well, the 40 bus takes you to and from Roma Termini. 10/10 recommend to anyone planning a trip to Rome.
