Great location (close to the train and easily walkable) and very friendly and accommodating staff (lets us drop off bags at 10am). The breakfast is a little more basic (no scrambled eggs) but lots of pastry and bread options. Really good internet speed!

We stayed 3 nights and give it a 5 star rating. Susanna and Marco are the sweetest hard working people you will ever meet. The breakfast was perfect and plenty to eat. The room was very clean and the air condition was great as well even in 100 degree weather. We would recommend them and hope to visit again.

We had a very nice stay in this b&b! The owners are so nice and helpful and the breakfast is great. Location is very central, every restaurant or museum is reachable by foot. The room is small but well designed, so perfect for a couple and the bathroom is quite large. would 100% come back!

Pros: excellent position, central and close to the train station Very clean and nicely furbished Very nice, helpful and accomodating staff Easy and early check in, which was very convenient for me as I needed to check in at 11am. However pay attention that if you need to check in after 2pm you need to contact them and arrange. Cons: was woken up by cleaning ladies screaming across the hall, lots of noise in the morning so couldn't sleep past a certain time Bedroom is not very well noise isolated from the hall The single bedroom where I stayed has detached private bathroom, which was quite small and a bit inconvenient, specially considering the daily rates Half my breakfast was never served (they serve you at your table), whereas for the other guests who were foreign tourists it was You can leave your luggage but they don't have a deposit or a room; you luggage stays in the and any other guest can have access to it/take it

I just absolutely loved staying here and was so sad to go. Susanna and Marco are amazing hosts and helped me out of another bad accommodation situation elsewhere in Florence and made a plan for me to stay the week in their B&B on such short notice. Breakfast was delicious, room was spacious and cosy, and the location was incredible, close to the train station and close to all attractions. Couldn’t recommend this place more, I’ll definitely be back when I go back to Florence.
