My husband and I had a wonderful stay here on the first leg of our honeymoon! Kind staff were helpful with an easy check in process, and we loved the complimentary breakfasts. Room was a bit small but we were out exploring most of the time anyway. Location was extremely convenient to St. Marks and other main attractions. Would stay here again!

The breakfast which many brag about on booking website is appalling. You have very little to choose from, and you get small portions, like in a jail. I have not eaten good at all here. Predominantly, there was milk, biscuits, honey and butter. And some bread, which was very bad btw. Do not expect a fancy breakfast. The location of the villa is superb however, and it is also very quiet in and around the villa, which is very good. For location and quietness I give 5 stars, for the breakfas I give 1 star. The staff from the reception was very friendly.

I love this hotel. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. It is close to everything - but it far enough away from the touristy areas that your walk home is calm and quiet. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator, but you get used to it quickly. I stayed in other “nicer” hotels in Venice, but was thoroughly impressed with Locanda Silva. I will definitely be coming back 💕
