This hotel has very helpful staff, Tanya at reception. Because I have Accor member, we could enter our room directly. We had the opportunity to get a room in an accessible room. It turns out that this room has a safe bathroom, you can enter a wheelchair. suitable for elderly people or wheelchair users. as an added value, there is a towel warmer in the bathroom. the second night we were able to move to a king bed room, which suited our needs better. Continental and cooked breakfasts are available. Hotel access is very good, lots of restaurants and tourist attractions around this hotel.

Great location near to the underground and the room was quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms & hallways were very well cleaned. The biggest issue i found was with the blinds which let in so much light i might as well have been sleeping with them open because of the design & the bed was so high up anybody smaller than me would struggle without a stool to step on

The WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had! I was supposed to stay 3 nights, but after one miserable night I checkout out, tired and super angry. Details: I was given a tiny tiny room. 3 steps in each direction from wall to wall. 2 single beds, super NON comfortable bed. I barely slept. There was no real shower but rather you would stand on the bathroom floor and use a plastic curtain to “protect” it from being flooded. Obviously the whole floor got wet and you could not get to the toilet or sink without walking in the water. The “shower” water was not even hot enough. The floor was cranky. Every step with bare foot made the floor make cranky noises. It had no sofa or armchair (not that there was room for it in this tiny place). Why didn’t I ask for a room change? Of course I did, but they said they were fully booked and could not help me. This room that I stayed in was TERRIBLE, and should never be sold to ANY guest EVER. The price for the 3 nights was supposed to be 900 dollars! I would not pay even 20 pounds for this youth dormitory room. I will never return to this hotel and my travel agent will never send anyone else there as well.
