Excellent location for covent garden. Staff Friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. Decor a little worn in places but rooms were a good size. Comfortable bed, good size bathroom. Would stay again.

This is a lovely hotel with plenty of character, staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean. The bed was really comfy with beautiful white linen. I had a brilliant nights sleep. Bathroom was modern with a huge shower, and plenty of hot water. Really handy for the theatres and Oxford Street. I will definitely stay here next time we're in London.

This hotel whilst being comfortable and warm needs some overhauling. There are two tiny lifts which are bad enough for the amount of rooms but only one works. The TV only shows half the channels and you will need to ask for your room to be serviced. The food on the other hand is excellent but if you wonder in for lunch be ready for a wait.

We stayed at the hotel about three weeks ago. The rooms were comfortable and clean with all your standard amenities. The staff were nice and friendly and the food was tasty. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would certainly return there again. The only complaints we had were the size and functionality of the elevators since they were very small and only one of them worked. A family with luggage will have trouble getting everything up in one go. The television options left much to be desired as well since less than half the channels worked. We spent most of our time outside the hotel, so it wasn't a deal breaker for us. However, if you are spending a good amount of time at the hotel, it's something to consider.

The hotel has a special charm. The location is fantastic. A bus stop in front of the door is luxury. Even on foot, in good weather, you can reach many sights in about 20 minutes. The staff is exemplary, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is typically British. and very rich. The restaurant makes a lot of effort, everything is freshly prepared. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back next year.
