I would say going by the quality of the rooms this is more of low low budget hotel. The price you will pay is base only on the location rather than the quality of the rooms on offer. I would say that the owner would benefit of refurbished the all place to be honest. Loads of chip and old furniture falling apart, the cleaning is not top, I would say just basic depending on your standards. For me is pretty low. The bed wasn't the worse to be honest.

The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever walked into! I didn’t even end up staying, the place was filthy and I did not feel safe at all, the whole of downstairs smelt like smoke, fingerprints absolutely everywhere. Still awaiting my deposit back, honestly, do not book here, its grotesque!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Worse/dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. Staff is so rude and whenever you try contacting the manager he never responds. They don't care about Customer care. They just wanna keep robbing people and tell em to f off if they don't like it. Horrible people and disgusting experience.

Overall I liked my stay here, the rooms were actually really cool and the mattresses were comfy. But I must admit that some things were missing in the kitchen (not enough cups, knives etc) and also the toilet flush in our bathroom was a bit weak. Overall those things didn't bother me too much, I had a good time, thanks to the great location, close to Baker Street and Hyede Park.

Is this hotel trying to be the worst in London? Read the reviews and listen to them. This place is filthy, Dated, no regards for sanitation. Dirty bathroom with stains every where. Stained sheets that smelt like garbage and sweat. No change of bin. Worn mattress. Incredibly rude staff. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR . Run, RUN as fast as you can and don’t look back. Let’s not forget the stupid deposit , For what I’m not sure Because everything from wall to ceiling is Shockingly dirty. And don’t forget if you do decide to stay and not like your filthy room. Reception will happily yell at you to say that if you don’t like it. Drop the key in the box And leave. Maybe that’s how they make money. Oh And if anyone from Westminster council read this or work for EHO please pay them a visit.
