I had a spa day at this hotel, so I can't comment about the rooms. The facilities are very clean but no bar.So we sat there from 8 in the morning until 12 with nothing to drink. They offered some water around 12 o'clock, which was warm. The service at the restaurant was good but I can't say I was impressed about the lunch. I can say that the full body masage was excellent.

Probably the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in London so far. Perfect location at marble arch station close to Bond Street & Hyde Park is right across the street. Amazing spa and very posh design for the rooms. Will be back!

We stayed here for a couple of nights and it was one of the best Marriot hotel experiences I've had. The staff are incredible and go out of their way to help you and make you feel welcome. We initially got a room and there was a damp smell when I first went in. I notified reception and without question they moved us to an upgraded suite, it was so slick and they made sure we were comfortable. The restaurant food and cocktail selection is great, the executive lounge was one of the best I've been to. Absolutely outstanding experience and one that we'll repeat next time we visit London. Thank you especially to the front out house staff for making our stay a memorable one.

My family and I stayed at the London Marriott Hotel Park Lane from November 13 - 16. The location of the hotel is perfect. Across the road is Hyde park, shopping street, buses, Tourbuses and subway, everything you need is right next door. The staff was friendly and kind. My daughter liked that the porter always opened the door. We liked the created animals, and also that there was a robe and slippers for the child, it was just right. The daughter was delighted with the gift from the hotel. Smiling and friendly staff welcomed us at the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious, especially eggs benedict, perfectly cooked, thank you chef. At the exlounge served English and continental breakfast, and dinner. Delicious and for every taste, open 24/7. A nice and smiling lady welcomed us in the spa area, showed us everything, and also gave us swimwear for the child. I enjoyed a massage in the spa area, then the sauna and pool, I recommend it. Son was happy about the gym because he missed training due to travel. The room was clean, everything was tidy, the maids were nice and responsive. They asked how we were doing, whether cleaning was needed or towels/bed linen needed to be changed. It is nice that the maids are not afraid to talk to the guests. Thank you security and concierge for helping to deal with the stolen package in the post office, both helping to contact dpd and calling the police. Thank you for your response. Nice place to stay with family. My family enjoyed staying at the hotel, thank you.

This is a fabulous place to stay. The staff goes above and beyond to make you welcome. We have always stayed at the Grovener square, Marriott, which is lovely, but this time, we thought we would stay at the park lane based on the reviews. This will be our new home. It is just all-around nicer, in my opinion.. They also have the added feature of an indoor pool and a nicer gym. Highly recommend
