Spectacular location. Very nice clean rooms. Extremely helpful and professional staff. The living room lounge was a nice place to hang out and get some great complementary coffee and hot cocoa. Would definitely stay there again if visiting London. Check out was at noon but we had free baggage check and could explore London all day before leaving.

We arrived earlier than check in time. Hotel via Janna did everything she could to ensure my wife and I had a room and place to rest! We will be coming back in a few weeks - look forward to that!

Superb location! Rooms are ok, but perhaps a little dated. Staff are genuinely friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was good but expensive, whilst recognising it is a central hotel, there are tons of places to go for a much cheaper breakfast nearby. Hotel is definitely recommended due to its location

I cannot fault the location or the staff at the hotel…however the room was tiny and freezing and the heating fan sounded like a jet engine which took forever to turn off, when we reported this to the staff they first off suggested getting a heater in our room but then moved us to a upgraded room… which was a little bigger and not quite as cold but still cold and the heating was a bit quieter. The bathrooms are also on the small side with a shower curtain instead of a screen with the sink in a really awkward place.

First, the location is second to none close to Trafalgar Square and only a less than 20 min walk to just about any of the major sites in London. I felt very safe at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. Loved that it had AC. Wi-Fi was fast and easy to connect. The beds were as comfortable as my bed at home! They even accommodated my need for a mini fridge for my medication at no extra cost. Would highly recommend and would stay here again if I was visiting London!
