Worst experience ever. They double charged me in the beggining, didn't let my mom even come visit me for hour even tho I took biggest suite which they charged me 80e... interesting is that every day day were adding the price for 5 or 10e more! If I didn’t have so many bags and not so tirred, I would left immediately these bunch of scammers!!! I left them more than 350e for few days and at the end THEY DIDN’T EVEN HELP ME WITH ONE BAG!!!! No room cleaning, no changing towels, adding shampoo.. plus no one speaks english, they're calling each ither on phone if you ask something and give different info. Time wasters and arrogant. SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!

We stayed in this hotel for three days. It was excellent in terms of location and access to different places, the reception of the hotel Mr. Sina and Mr.Shahrouz were excellent. Their behavior was very friendly. And the fact that this hotel had a kitchen was a good option for us.

Def 10/10! Amazing room and outstanding staff! Will book this hotel once back to Istanbul. Of course the location is great, also there is a awesome supermarket near by!!! ( Wifi is fast and workable)
