If you want a spacious room this is not your hotel! I understand its in Beyoglu but you can find better rooms for the price. The breakfast was served in another hotel 2-3 minutes at the Maroon Pera, it was good, you had the same things every day but they were fresh. The staff at Maroon Pera and Tomtom were very friendly and helpful thats why im putting 5 stars at the service not the hotel. If you are claustrophobic it can make it worse. Overall 3 points.

I stay at this hotel for 2 nights. And I chose the hotel mainly because of the location, which later became a big mistake. It was too noisy every night, day and morning. Loud music played everywhere until 5 am. However, I understand this is not the hotel's fault. As for the service, when I arrived at the hotel there were no towels in the room, and it took me a day to get them. Thanks for at least having bathrobes. I tried to call the reception, but the phone apparently did not work. During the day I went downstairs three times in order to request towels. And when they finally arrived, they were dirty. They were washed BUT dirty, tattered and very old. The room was dirty, but I had already closed my eyes to it. We paid for breakfast at the hotel, but it turned out to be a funny thing. To go to breakfast, you had to walk through the main street for 5 minutes and get into another hotel, apparently it was one Maroon chain. It was more than uncomfortable, I regretted it. The staff was not friendly and there was a feeling that I was visiting them, where they want to get rid of us as soon as possible. I agree, this hotel is not expensive and it would be foolish to claim much. However, we paid about 3000 tl and I expected at least a clean room with all the amenities and a staff that does not treat guests arrogantly. Think about how you want your hotel to look like in the eyes of guests and whether you want guests to come back to you. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Nice hotel, very central location, polite staff, clean room. everything was good except for one thing. At night we could hear a bit the noise from the club near, it didn't bothered me because it wasn't super loud and i sleep deep but it did bothered my husband...
