I stayed in Luwansa Beach Resort hotel from 05 - 08 Nov 2023. I booked the Deluxe room with Breakfast and they gave me the Suite room instead (at least that's what they told me =D). The room has a direct view to the beach and was super clean, very very spacious, and have a working facilities such a 24/7 cooler, a bath robe, nice TV, good AC, nice staffs, and the bathroom was very spacious as well. It's a shame that they don't have any bathtub on that spacious bathroom. The thing that annoys me is the fact that the bathroom is flooded because of the bad flooring inclination. The water didn't go to the drain and went the other way. So, after taking a shower I need to clean it with a rubber water wiper. For me this is not a big deal, but it's worth to note for the management. The location is a bit far from the city center, and you have to rent a motorbike or car for ease of access, but for me the location was perfect, not too noisy and the light pollution isn't that much. They also offer a free airport transfer. Overall, I've had a great time here and would love to come back one day. Thanks Labuan Bajo!

We really loved that place: our room was very spacious and clean, the matress very comfy and the pool area was just amazing. The breakfast was served in the pool area, and the views were stunning. However, one thing that I didn't like much was that the part of the beach in front of the hotel was spotless, but just next to it, the beach was very dirty. I guess there's nothing to do with the hotel, but it damages the image.

W stayed for 3 nights in villa room in Sept'23. The staffs (including pak GM) are super amazing.. they give us one extra bed free for charge and car transporting us around. Noting the cost for cab is also quite expensive here. The rooms are in great conditions.. the breakfast while it is quite simple and mostly local foods but the taste is quite delicious. The pool is also in great condition. While the beach is regularly cleaned, there are some situation where there are some trashes coming to the beach, probably from a nearby rivers. value for money is also great.

We had a great stay with our two children. The rooms are large, they keep the beach clean, has lovely gardens, good breakfast and a range of food on the menu (the kids appreciated the Western options). Also stunning sunsets. We stayed for one night after touring the Flores and before heading out to Komodo. Then stayed again for two nights before flying out. I would definitely recommend it. The pool could have been cleaner.
