The first night was quite a disappointment. My partner took a shower and the whole bathroom flooded. We called the front and they sent someone to fix it but it could not be fixed. They said that they were booked and could not change our room. Our AC was also barely working and there were stains on the blanket. Once the maintenance man told them that it was indeed broken, they tried to change our room to two others- 1 identical room with an AC that didn’t work, 1 villa that had multiple stains and the room hadn’t been cleaned. They told us if they could find a room with ac that worked, they would move our stuff over the next morning. The first night was warm and uncomfortable to not be able to shower before our full day activity the next day. We were gone the next day from 630am-430pm for the Komodo dragon island and other activities. When we got back, everything was PERFECT. They upgraded our room to a villa that was much nicer than our original room that had a working shower and AC. They also comped us a free dinner due to the issues. We ate dinner there that night and the food was great! The staff were attentive and they remembered who we were. The grounds are very cute at night with string lights.

This is a great place to stay. It is an older property but well maintained with beautiful grounds. The service provided by the staff is absolutely amazing. I have stayed at 5 star hotel that did not have as good of service. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here the next time I come to Labuan Bajo.

Quite nice place to spent a few days. Pool is good, beachbar is tasty (best pina coladas in Asia, due to Flores super-tasty pinaples). Breakfast an food in general is good and very European friendly. Rooms are big and well maintained, stuff is really friendly. If you are planing to visit Komodo, good place where to base.

Nice hotel in Labuan Bajo. Around 10-15 minutes to Labuan Bajo's port and city center. Room is very big. I stayed in twin room (2 single beds) with one extra mattress and there's still a big space left. Bathroom is very huge. The hotel also has big and beautiful garden with direct access to the beach. Of course, with the beautiful sunset point. Breakfast very delicious and staffs are friendly. I had a nice stay. Very recommended.
