The location is great! From the window of our room (they said that it was the most wanted) we could see the St. Marcos Campanile and a canal that was running right down from us! The room was beautiful, with most of the items being vintage, but nice and modern bathroom, staff was incredibly nice... I loved all of it! Definitely you can have the Venezia vibe here! Totally recommend.

This was a spectacular room, perfectly located to the centre of Venice with 18th century Venetian furniture. We booked the suite which had a view on the canal, it was amazing watching the motor boats on gondolas pass by. Andrea and his staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. I would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely fantastic stay, thoroughly recommend. The hotel is very easy to get to from any part of Venezia, the best stop for the Vaporetto is S. Marco-San Zaccaria, from there it's a 3 or 4 minute walk. The room itself was clean, tidy, spacious, with the only con being that the WiFi was a bit patchy, a _very_ minor inconvenience. It's proximity to Tre Mercanti is an added bonus for Tiramisu lovers Andrea, the host, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us during the medical emergency we had.

It was a wonderful experience! Andrea is very friendly, helpful and kind. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and Andrea had a surprise for us. Very kind! The room I booked was exactly like the photos on the website. The hotel is very close to Piazza San Marco and next to a canal. We want to go back to Venice and without a doubt, stay in this same Hotel. Thank you so much! ❤️
