recently had a booking experience through Agoda for a two-night stay at the property. Initially, everything seemed promising, as I received a welcoming message from the property via the Agoda app. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I contacted the property directly on the day of travel to inform them about our check-in times. To my surprise, the property management informed me that they were unable to accommodate my booking because they did not have an available room of the type I had reserved. This situation led to several frustrating hours on an international call with Agoda customer service as I tried to resolve the issue. Eventually, after much back-and-forth, Agoda did the right thing by refunding me and offering a cash back compensation as a gesture of loyalty towards their customers. While I appreciated Agoda's efforts to rectify the situation, I couldn't help but reflect on the importance of honoring commitments in the hospitality industry. Hotels, restaurants, and other touristic establishments should take note and follow Agoda's example by respecting their customers and honoring their promises. Instances like these can make or break a customer's perception of a company, and showing genuine care for their patrons can foster loyalty and positive word-of-mouth. In conclusion, my experience with Agoda and the property management had its ups and downs. While the booking process was smooth initially, the inconvenience caused by the property's inability to fulfill my reservation was disheartening. Nonetheless, Agoda's eventual resolution and compensation demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction, setting an example that other establishments in the tourism industry should emulate to ensure a positive and trustworthy relationship with their clients.

This apartment is very cozy with all necessary things for life. M Suite has a comfortable location, near beach, markets, bus stop, 3-5 minutes walk to this. The room is very clean, there is a fresh linens, big balcony with beautiful views. WiFi is very fast. It was a nice holiday. My family is happy. Special thanks manager Jeanne!

The apartment looked as it did in the photos, had two balconies too which was lovely. The staff were all so lovely and kind, they helped us so much throughout the whole trip. Location was great too as it was literally 1 minute from the beach, a Turkish spa and some local bars and clubs.

Our room was at the last floor, with a view. Definitely a nice one. The air conditioner was doing a weird noise when on, but that's it. M-Suite is very well located in Gumbet. The staff was nice and helpful, they booked a taxi for us when it was difficult to do there, offered us their help with a few things also. Missing point is : laundry service would be SUPER nice 👍

I saw the reviews of this place and was expecting something great and it was NOT! Not clean, our room smelled of cigarettes, the sheets had hair in it, stains on furniture. There was this sky light on top of the bed that was under the road! So the cars would drive over us and the light would come in early in the morning and we can’t cover it. The staff however was very nice and tried to help change all my sheets, give me a spray for the room to mask the cigarette smell, put a piece of cardboard over the skylight from outside to block the light (it eventually flew away). The location was good, close to all the clubs and not too far from beach
