Stayed here just recently for 2 night's with my 5 year old grandson the room was comfortable and clean bed was comfortable only snag I had was there was no kettle to make a cuppa lol but my grandson loved it would definitely stay here again even thou the toilet made a horrible loud noise when flushed

We stayed for one night in a double room, hosts had left fresh towels in the room for us upon arrival. Small TV, Wardrobe with Hangers and Bedside draw were in the room. A short walk from the South Pier, Pleasure Beach and other attractions. Lovely hosts, text beforehand to ensure everything was ready for our arrival and even sorted facilities for us to make a hot drink after we got caught in the rain. We look forward to returning!

We stayed here last weekend at last min Liam did us a very generous price, room was basement room with private bathroom there was a bath which impressed the wife we had to wait a bit longer to get room due to carpets had just been cleaned that morning but we'll worth it , hotel is close to South pier and pleasure Beach which was ideal for us. We have already booked again for next week. Liam is fantastic and helps out where ever he can.
