The place is so artsy and nice. The staff were absolutely fantastic. They were so helpful and friendly. Happy to be a guest there. We felt literally like home. The bed was so comfortable as well. There was only some sound coming from the radiators and that was a bit too loud especially at night.

This was my first time travelling alone, as a young woman, this can be scary. But at Madama I felt so safe and had so much fun. I truly loved it. Antonella and the rest of the staff are the most accommodating and friendly people you can find, they are always willing to help. You can even have some hygiene products from their mini grocery at the reception! Everything is well thought out. The rooms are impeccable, bathrooms included. The location is great with the metro less than 10 mins walk away. And the centre not too far if you want to walk. The food at the bistro is delicious! The vibe of the hostel is also very lively there are events and fun activities. I will be recommending Madama to everyone I know and definitely will be returning 🩷

Have been a regular customer for years. Always liked, as many others clients pointed out, the informal atmosphere of the place, which seemed to host all sorts of clients. However, they don't have a clear coworking policy, and there have been several instances in which I felt like staff treated customers just as money making items in which they are encouraged to leave.

The best hostel I ever stayed at. The facility are clean and spacious. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. I was astonished when I releasing that you get free still and sparkling water (they also fill up your bottles) and cafe during the whole day. The bistro is always crowded with locals but they have reserved tables for hostels guests to meet and connect. It is really quite in the night and even couldn't heare the bistro noise in my room. The metro station is just a few minutes away and you can get to the city center in Less than 20 Minutes. Thank you for having me.
