Mold in bathroom with smell and untrained staff. Dirty towel when checking in and they ended up folding it and keeping it in the unit and when checking out took time to check each towel and had the audacity to ask us why is one towel dirty. It's a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen and we cook and eat and enjoy. Having a dirty towel should be acceptable 🥺 I do not recommend you stay here if you care about your health and well being.

As a vietnamese saying goes, “treo đầu dê bán thịt chó”, which means the shop hangs a goat’s head but will sell you dog meat. That’s how I can describe my terrible experience with Maika Condotel. They cancelled our previous apartment without any warning or explanation and we had to rebook a more expensive one, and we expected to have a balcony with view, just like their description. Instead we got a mouldy and windowless place. Their decor mismatches and does not follow any theme, and to access the second bathroom you have to exit your room and go into a sort of open alleyway, which was uncomfortable. We were extremely disappointed. At least the staff were acceptable and polite. If you want a room with a view, I suggest you book from the 4th floor on.

This was our first year having Lunar New Year in Dalat and Maika Condotel was our choice. We had great service and support from Maika team since the time I made reservation till checked in. Maika Condotel has very good location, right in new Dalat Center, with 24/7 safety guard. We found very comfortable and relaxed there. Definitely, Maika Condotel will be our first choice we come to Dalat next time. Maybe we will choose the room with lake view instead of city view then ;) Highly recommend to family or group trip.

Beautiful and brand new apartment/hotel in Dalat. We were very happy that we chose Maika Condotel for our holiday in Dalat this time around. Cooking facilities are plenty, rooms are comfy, clean and spacious. The staff manager was friendly and helpful available to help at all times on call. View was breathtaking. The hotel isn’t finished and still under construction and so at times noisy but most of the time ok. Some of the room stock wasn’t stocked sometimes but when requested it was ok. Overall we hope to come back when it is finished in near future!
