My husband, daughter and I had a brilliant stay this weekend. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the colosseum and 2 minutes from the nearest bus stop to get anywhere else needed. Some lovely restaurants nearby and a little shop too. We thought the location was spot on and the room was just what we needed as a base for the 2 nights we were in Rome. Air conditioning was definitely needed in the August heat and kept us cooled down. The breakfast provided was a lovely touch and set us up for the day. If we ever come back to Rome, we would look to stay here again! Thank you so much!

We had a lovely experience at this guesthouse. Ilaria was very helpful to arrange for a driver to pick us up after midnight due to flight delays. The room was comfortable and the AC worked well. Lots of space in the bathroom and we never saw or heard anyone else in the place. You have your own set of keys and can come and go as you please. It was awesome being in a neighborhood where real Romans live and not a tourist area. We were very comfortable. The room was straightened up every day and breakfast items were left like bottles of juice in the fridge. The nespresso coffee was great for a caffeine kick before heading out. Breakfast was simple but enough to get you going for the day. Remember Italians don’t eat big heavy breakfasts. While we didn’t see the host but once, she was always available to us through WhatsApp and arranged a taxi for us on the day of our departure. She was very helpful. It was a great stay. Would gladly stay here again.

This is one of the best B&Bs I've ever stopped in. The people who run it are friendly and cheerful, and it's run so attentively and with such care. Always perfectly clean and tidy and with generous amounts of complimentary tea, jam, coffee, butter and biscuits, replaced daily. It's also a very short walk to the Colosseum and its neighbouring Metro station. Stopping here was an absolute joy

It’s a guest house (rooms are in an apartment complex) so a little off the beaten path of all other tourists which was nice. Only a few minutes from the Colosseum and bus tours which make it easy to get around. Small breakfast with breads and some sweet treats. Owner and staff were great. Only downside for me was the flat hard pillows…but I didn’t spend too much time using them because there was so much to see and do!

Overall, this is not a good hotel to stay at. It’s actually set up like a prison. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. It’s hard as a rock. The breakfast is only one small bottle and 1 bottle of water, which you are limited to for your entire stay at the hotel. You’re limited to only one set of towels for 3 nights. The walls are extremely thin. The receptionist doesn’t stay in the hotel so if you have any emergency, you’re out of luck. The AC doesn’t work. There’s no place for your clothes. And to top everything off it’s non-refundable. This hotel is so horrible that I decided to cut my trip short.
