This was an ideal stay, at a charming, small enterprise. I booked online with not a lot of info, but the reviews were good. Then the day before my arrival, I received an email from Simona inquiring about my arrival time and offering to book a car from the airport. She met me upon arrival, gave me a friendly orientation, responded within minutes to a couple of inquiries, and booked a taxi for my trip to the airport. The room was modern, plenty spacious and immaculately clean. It turns out also that there are some very nice casual restaurants and pubs within walking distance-- completely non-tourist, authentic and delightful.

Excellent location. It is in the pleasant neighborhood of the MAXXI museum and the city centre can be easily reached by a reliable tram and metro connection. There's a good trattoria-pizzeria a short walk from the building. The room was smart, quiet and extra clean. Comfortable bed. Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast is provided as a convenient self-service buffet which can be had anytime of day (!) and offers a varied selection of food (yoghurt, cereals, fresh fruit, pastries and some savoury options in the fridge) and drinks (milk and juices, tea, coffee). A pity that coffee comes in capsules though. Altogether a very pleasant stay that exceeded my expectations.

Great B&B in Flaminio neighborhood. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spacious, clean and the beds were very comfy. Breakfast is served all day, which is convenient although it could be improved by adding few more items (such as eggs). We asked for turkey deli meat since they only had porc in the fridge and they provided it the next day which was great. They also allowed us to have keep the room many hours past checkout time, a very nice gesture from them. I definitely recommend.
