We stayed in one of the Maison Privee units at Souk Al Bahar, Downtown Dubai. Raphael, our host was so helpful, always attended to our requests on time. Will surely come back. Many thanks!!

My family and I stayed in two Maison Privee apartments this year. They have not failed to impress us with their high standards and spec of modern living. My family and I had everything we required for a luxurious stay. Martin was exceptionally helpful and readily available when we needed him to extend the booking or move apartments. We will definitely book again with Maison Privee. All the credit goes to them for their excellence and customer service.

Good support from team. Nice location, clean room provided with all facilities. Nice view of Burj Khalifa, Dubai mall fountain and Dubai Opera from apartment balcony. I will recommend this property for those who willing to have this experience.

Extremely poor service, dirty and run down units and full of lies and deceit. Be very careful dealing with them. They prey upon tourists by posting fake or old pictures of their units on short term rental outlets. We rented through Marriott Homes and Villas and when we arrived, literally no showed up at the property despite being told several times someone would meet us there. After finally three hours of waiting, Shehreyar showed up and took us to a run down, smelly and dirty apartment, which we paid nearly $12000 (US) for 6 nights. Told us this is it, and we had to deal with it. Off course need less to say we tried calling Saleh our original contact in Maison Privee about the situation and he didn’t answer even once. However when they were collecting money from us in while we were still in the booking process Saleh with answer within seconds, no matter what time of the day. We had requested a crib for our infant to sleep in, during our booking and we were promised there would be one ready upon arrival. Needless to say it wasn’t made available. When we protested, they brought a broken one to the point that it was utterly unusable, and again told us to deal with. We were forced to seek alternative accommodations and walk away from $12000. Be ware, Marriott offers ZERO protections against predatory practices by such property managers or landlords. You are better off booking a hotel instead of going with Marriott Homes and Villas. Despite Marriott aggressively marketing Homes and Villas they are really bad at handling and resolving any and all situations arising during a stay. They are literally at the mercy of the property owner/management. My two cents, stay away from them. Stick to traditional hotels.

Would give a zero star if possible. Booked through Marriott Homes and Villas, so I wasn’t expecting any issues. However the horror that unfolded, isn’t explicable by words. First, no one showed up to receive us at the property, so we had no idea what we were doing. This is after we had continuously stayed in touch with them on the phone throughout the last two months and boarding and arrival of our flight to Dubai. When we finally managed to get into the property it was filthy. Cob webs everywhere, stains on bed sheets, dust everywhere, soiled upholstery on furniture and someone else’s clothes and belongings in the closets complete with someone else’s keys. Additionally hand sink faucet didn’t work and they literally brought in a broken baby cot for my child to sleep in. When we confronted the assigned property manager, their reply was I am just an employee and I can’t help you. We were forced to walk away from $11,000 in reservations cost and make a separate reservation elsewhere. I have pictures and videos off course.
