Good support from team. Nice location, clean room provided with all facilities. Nice view of Burj Khalifa, Dubai mall fountain and Dubai Opera from apartment balcony. I will recommend this property for those who willing to have this experience.

Extremely poor service, dirty and run down units and full of lies and deceit. Be very careful dealing with them. They prey upon tourists by posting fake or old pictures of their units on short term rental outlets. We rented through Marriott Homes and Villas and when we arrived, literally no showed up at the property despite being told several times someone would meet us there. After finally three hours of waiting, Shehreyar showed up and took us to a run down, smelly and dirty apartment, which we paid nearly $12000 (US) for 6 nights. Told us this is it, and we had to deal with it. Off course need less to say we tried calling Saleh our original contact in Maison Privee about the situation and he didn’t answer even once. However when they were collecting money from us in while we were still in the booking process Saleh with answer within seconds, no matter what time of the day. We had requested a crib for our infant to sleep in, during our booking and we were promised there would be one ready upon arrival. Needless to say it wasn’t made available. When we protested, they brought a broken one to the point that it was utterly unusable, and again told us to deal with. We were forced to seek alternative accommodations and walk away from $12000. Be ware, Marriott offers ZERO protections against predatory practices by such property managers or landlords. You are better off booking a hotel instead of going with Marriott Homes and Villas. Despite Marriott aggressively marketing Homes and Villas they are really bad at handling and resolving any and all situations arising during a stay. They are literally at the mercy of the property owner/management. My two cents, stay away from them. Stick to traditional hotels.
