I really enjoy this hotel. The food was good and the staff very helpful. My favorite was Sammy who worked at the front door. He's a really nice man who helped me in every way he could. He made certain I wasn't ripped off by the taxi drivers and he helped me with easy directions and tips. He speaks great English and is always smiling. I'd come to this hotel just for Sammy because he made my trip a fun experience. Tell him I said hi. He's a good guy and the hotel is fortunate to have him there.

The Hotel is good for services and location too, but i recommend not taking rooms in front of the street because there is no soundproofing of cars, tanks, trains, or music surrounding the hotel. On the other hand, the hotel takes care of cleanliness on a daily basis, and this is beautiful. All room supplies are changed, including changing the bed and cleaning the room and bathrooms. The hotel in general is clean from the inside and outside. During my stay in the hotel for 11 days, I found good treatment from the hotel staff, quick response at the reception, speaking English, and their knowledge of the places surrounding the hotel, and this made it easier for me to move to places in an easier and correct way.

Quaint hotel on the side of the main entrance to Nana Plaza Street area. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating. It's literally a minute walk from Nana Plaza, and why else would you stay around this area. I've stayed in cheaper hotels in the area, and the difference is drastic. Stay here if you want to spend a few more bucks and want to have a nicer hotel experience when in the area.
