Excellent location and service. This is a beautiful hotel, however the décor in the rooms may use some updating. The view from my room was lovely. Rosa was one of the spa staff members that provided excellent and precise service. She gave me a warm, welcoming, and pampered feeling! The personnel at the restaurant, bar, and pool area also provided exceptional service; Alexandra, Michael, and Kevin did their absolute best to go above and beyond.

Loved the location & service. Although this is a lovely hotel, the rooms could use an upgrade in terms of decor. View from my room was beautiful. Service by the spa staff, most notably Rosa, was on point and perfect!!!! She made me feel special , welcome and pampered! The bar/ pool/restaurant staff also excelled in service; Alexandra, Michael & Kevin all tried their best to provide beyond excellent service. I would absolutely stay here again. The food at La Mar was superb!

I am still here for a few more hours but thought I would take the time to write a review before I departed. They truly deserve it. The Hotel is located on Brickell Key which is actually better if you want to be away from the noise but still a 5 min walk to Brickell Ave. My room was a bit dated but I had a wonderful view and I heard the hotel is being rebuilt so no complaints here. The staff, ESPECIALLY at MO Lobby bar / restaurant were so amazingly attentive and caring. Seemed like they knew who everyone was and always had great recommendations. The food was phenomenal too. The gym was small but not an issue for me as I have an Equinox membership. Overall a nice experience, worthy of 5 stars and although I typically stay beach side at the 1Hotel, would definitely consider the Mandarin again!

Jan 8 2024 Excellent location. Nice hotel and service upon arrival. Rooms are large we booked a deluxe room with veranda. It was spacious with a massive balcony but our relatives had a tiny balcony booking a slightly cheaper room. My only suggestions for improvement would be; a tea/coffee machine in the room. This is an essential item that is missing from the room. A better dyson type hairdryer in the room. What they have is pathetic and takes ages to dry my hair. I would expect somewhere of this luxury to have a better hairdryer
