We had Christmas buffet lunch at the restaurant. The food was fantastic. I especially enjoyed the starters of Sushi and Chicken liver pate. For the mains the lamb and sea food thermidor was superb. The Christmas cake and yule log was a fine way to end the meal. The staff was very courteous and efficient. Well done, keep it up

Mandarina: Location: excellent, good area, many shops, close to city centre Room: quite big, slightly aging furniture, smart tv, good AC, tea coffee and ample supply of bottled water; door opens to small balcony Toilet: smallish but adequate, good water pressure, hot water plentiful, for dental kits etc need to ask; only provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash Service: excellent, got room at 2pm as hotel was full, allowed me late checkout at 1pm Breakfast: wide variety, good spread, live egg station and Waffle maker; some variations daily, catering to all ethnicities. Excellent value for $, will stay here again

Fantastic hotel. The facilities and the staff are really nice. Buffet breakfast was included but even worth paying extra for it. It was absolutely fantastic. The choice and the taste is excellent. They should consider getting someone to manage guest car parking. We had to drop the bags at the front and drive around to get to their car park and had to walk back to the front to get in. But, the food and the facilities makes it still a great hotel at a very reasonable price. Will definitely come back here again. Absolutely worth the money we paid which is very reasonable compared to some of the well known hotels in Colombo.

We did a conference in January was well arranged. Sonal is really helpful and always communicated with us. I would like to specify food was fantastic and so tasty. restaurant staff is so friendly. Tisara gave excellent service from the beginning to the end of the conference. highly recommend Mandarina for meetings conferences. Thank you Team for everything.
