My family and I stayed at this Pearl Grand for about 10 days in November 2023. We flew from Thailand and had guests join us from all around the world as it was my brother's wedding. I must admit, the staff was hands down very hospitable and they ensured that our family and the guests had everything we needed. The hotel provides a very homely vibe. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious at their hotel restaurant, and the rooftop bar came with a sea view! All our guests truly enjoyed their stay at Pearl Grand and it was a very memorable trip! Thank you for making our stay wonderful :)

My family and I just completed a 7 night stay at the Pearl Grand and we had a totally enjoyable time. Staff were so pleasant and helpful, food was very good, roof top was relaxing and room was decent. Let’s give Sri Lanka and their hotels a chance as it’s well worth the visit. Pearl Grand is centrally located within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The food is quite good and reasonable for a hotel. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Good hotel in a prime location in Colombo. Beach is 5 mins walk from here, very close by. Accessible via all modes of transport. Rooms are a bit small, but cozy enough for couples. Nice views. The roof top is very good. Nice swimming pool and Sky bar. Food in Rice bowl is nice. Service is very good. Overall nice hotel to stay.

We asked for early check in and the desk staff made it our problem that they couldn’t find our reservation. Then they woke us up at 7am to tell us that we reserved the wrong month (which was caused by their own team). The rooms are smelly and in terrible shape, looks nothing like the pictures on Google maps. Cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. Yes I don’t recommend to stay here.

Reception staff amazing. Restaurant and bar lacking. Waiter kept pushing me to have a buffet and wouldn’t let me order from the menu twice during my stay. Clearly can’t be bothered to cook dishes on menu. Salad I had for lunch was terrible. Said Parmesan, but had none on the dish. Three bits of small chicken, basically laid for lettuce. Rooms were nice though.
