During my stay. One night I arrive to the hotel at 2:30 am. To my surprise the door was lock I couldn't get in for about 20 minutes. The person at the front desk wasn't there. This is unacceptable. Have to wait outside. No apologies from the person at the reception. When he show up. The next morning the guy at the front desk didn't acknowledge me I needed some help but he continue on the phone not even the gesture of give me a minute. He just didn't acknowledge my presence. Totally disappointed since this hotel was recommended to me by an ex staff member of this hotel.

Hotel was very clean and quiet with attentive staff. It is located in a good neighborhood with good restaurants nearby. Depending on how you want to get around (foot or taxi) and what you want to visit (Barranco and downtown are quite far away) the location may or may not be ideal.
