This is by far the worst hotel i have stayed with , The managers are absolutely vile people especially the receptionist manager and Bar manager, Our first few days they messed up are rooms and refused to give the rooms what we selected, Be careful as they will leave you a bill at check out for food you have not ordered ??? A lot of people in our group became sick with there diseased food they gave us so be careful not to eat here as they give you waste or cat meat , The Rooms are torture there is no movement room and very run down with broken items , Also with the pool be careful as human waste was in it and they did not care to close of pool area as they just scooped it out and left people in swimming absolutely disgusting Hotel Avoid for your own safety. Only good thing about this hotel was the Nice lifeguard very friendly, The Spa staff and Cleaning crew who are the only frienly people in this hotel , Shame on the management it’s embarrassing for them

This review is 0 star rating from me Has to be the worst hotel in kusadasi bad managers both night day and food manager horrible horrible men 4th and 5th floor you be better of booking a hostel food absolutely horrendous 5 people from my family were sick 1 sent to hospital (by our rep) hotel did not care Only nice part about this hotel is Turkish bath spa center 100% Hairdresser 100% Lifeguard 100% Little shop in hotel 100% These guys are the best about hotel everything else is very very very bad do not waste your money and book here

In this hotel there is a problematic situation going on: the hotel owners serve the food separately to their customers. The local tourists, the Turks, are allowed to sit at the table first; they are served first. When they have eaten, the foreign tourists are let into the dining room. This is unseen and not normal, discrimination and racism next level.
