I came with my husband and 22 month old baby. We had a lovely time and we would definitely recommend the hotel to future visitors. The staff were super nice and friendly despite having to work really hard all day every day; we really appreciated their hospitality.. the room was clean and very spacious: big bed, big balcony, plenty of towels, lots of free space where our kid could run around and play when we were in the room, etc. The view was terrible though, we were looking at a construction site but we didn't care since we didn't spend much time in the room. It was an all inclusive holiday, which is a must when travelling with such a young child. The food was not great per se, but there were lots of options and the grilled meat was delicious. There was something to eat or drink at all times of the day so we didn't need to stress about missing any meals. The sea could've been better, unfortunately it was very shallow but it didn't bother us that much since we were with our baby. At least it was very clean. There were some comments about the sea not being clean or having seaweed but we really didn't experience anything as such. The pool was quite big with some fun slides for all ages. I'm a sea person but since having my child I've had to get used to the pool and it was good in this hotel. All in all this is a very nice place to stay and we had a great vacation. Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back :)

Great food, beautiful weather, clean, huge rooms, fun water slides. If it just wasn't for the constant noise we could have enjoyed and relaxed. But there was no place to escape the loud tacky music neither on the pool nor the beach. I felt trapped. This was very stressful and the reason we will not be coming back.

Absolutely class hotel, great food and great service. Food was fantastic and there was a slight variation in the main restaurant every day. Was absolutely delicious and of high standard. We went to three of the alacarte restaurants and really enjoyed these. Definitely go to the seafood one if you can as amazing views from the roof! The drinks was wonderful from alcohol cocktails to mocktails for kids was great and seemed to be quite strong sometimes so no short measures which is a good thing! The layout and architecture of the place really felt like your in a five star establishment. We was all amazed when we first arrived at the beauty of the hotel! The beach was just after the pools incredibly close and although not pure sand was able to walk easily along it. The sea did have fish in it but I absolutely loved this... bought some scuba masks for me and kids and had a fantastic time looking at the fish. Was an experience in itself!! Found some hermit crabs in shells also! Really cool! The hotel is about 7 minute taxi from kusadasi centre, half hour walk from ladies beach and 7 minutes from kusadasi shopping centre. My only bad point is not being able to book alacarte restaurant every night as first come, first serve. I suppose that it is the fairest system to implement! Thank you to all the amazing staff at your hotel for such a wonderful experience for me and my family. To many names to mention but had an absolutely amazing experience. Shame to heat the hotel is being sold/sold as would love to go back again in the future! Thank you from me and my family for great memories ❤️!

2 families with 4 kids, and we were not expecting much from this hotel, but what a pleasant surprise! The rooms were exceptionally clean, the hotel staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping, mini bar boys, and the lifeguard staff, all of them were so friendly, and we had such a nice, warm welcome. There was so much food from the morning until evening, we usually skip either breakfast or lunch, cause we didn’t feel hungry at all. Buffet had a large selection of tasty food and a lot of choice. We still love the food after 10 days of staying at this hotel, unlike other resorts around the world we got bored after 1 week of staying. The room was very clean, big enough for a family of four. There is no need for you to worry about things disappearing in your room in this hotel. I had a great experience with the cleaning team. They were very safe and very nice. At check out, housekeeping brought down our phone that we had forgotten in the room. What a nice service :-) I would like to suggest two improvements for the hotel; the fitness center equipment was not in operation and not well taken care of. No tower and rarely a small water bottle on the desk. Secondly, there were too many plastic tablewares everywhere in the resort. Specially when I saw the waffles ladies put the fresh hot waffles on the plastic plate. I could see the plastic plate melt and leave the print under the waffles. It was served to many children. I was shocked and immediately asked the waffle ladies to put the napkin between the plate and the waffles. Which I absolutely cannot understand why the hotel missed this issue? Even my children know this causes cancer 🥲 On the other hand, what impressed me about this hotel was that they solved other the problems very quickly. Even thought the hotel was fully booked but there was always enough of towels and chair lounge at the beach and the pool. We have been to many top 5 star resorts, and I have to say this hotel has the best “all inclusive service". In Mauritius we had to pay extra to the “all inclusive” each bottle of water 8 USD, in Maldives we paid 18 USD for a ice cream. Cocktails was between 17 - 25 USD. Here is everything for free. Personally I put most value on SPA and Fitness center. The fitness center here has failed and also SPA room locates in basement, dark and not really comfortable. Both me and my 12 years old daughter wished the treatment could be finished quicker so we can leave the room. Still, it was a relaxing trip. Both family are happy and satisfied with this hotel. For the little price we have paid for this trip, we got lot of services.
