The service is not present when it is breakfast time, and you have to wait up to 30 minutes for coffee if you are up at 07:00. Customers are discussed and read off if they say that this is unacceptable. The rooms are clean and the beds are good, but the bed linen is not changed during a four-day stay. You only get one towel, in the bathroom. This must be used both on the bum, face and hands throughout the day. A cheap two-star hotel, good enough if you don't expect anything. Could have been so much better with very little effort.

I was there in a business trip. The best thing is the people working there. They are very cordial and supportive. From the balcony of room, on can see a bit horizon on Addis. The breakfast is good but always served around 7 AM or after. They have bar and the collection is good. Their vegetable soup and mixed grills is great. The management needs to improve the amenities management.

Great customer service. This has been by far the best family friendly hotel we had been to. The staff was lovely and Every body is super friendly and caring. The professionalism of the staff from the manager to reception and the cleaning ladies. Our kids love them and misses them. Thank you. Breakfast is nice and included to hotel fair. The Rooms are comfortable and clean. nothing fancy but very good. The location is great, just right in the center of the bustling center of the city with plenty of places in walking distance. Also conveniently located near the airport . The shower is great, we had warm water in all our stay there. The hotel has a nice lounge area and restaurants.

I just moved in today 7/28/2022, the worst hotel I have ever been, first of all everything they say room detail is absolutely not true, as soon as we get in our room there were no towels, no pillows and the worst thing is the phone in the room is not working, and the wifi horrible, unfortunately I am going to be here next 3 days, the only thing is good this hotel is the employee, very good customer service and they have best steak. Whatever they advertise absolutely not true and they say they do provide heat but that is space heater which you cannot sleep the noise coming out, and finally we get a electric kettle, which I am not gonna use cause it is very dirty. If I can give this hotel zero star I would have again very good customer service.😡😡😡 and I added the picture of the room detail they advertise
