We went for Halloween two years ago there was four of us we had two rooms. My friend Malik was in drag. The staff were absolutely amazing to be fair. Breakfast was okay. Our rooms were really basic they really let the place down just very dated and we went there because apparently it was one of the better gay hotels. There was a lot of older trans people who were locals at the bar area when we was there, a lot of the clientele were older people.

Me n my partner had a wonderful time here. The owners and staff are lovely! The location is basically Town Centre.. the rooms are very nice, the bar area is really well designed and the customers are awesome. We go back here over and over again. And! Obviously it is a loud hotel.. durr! But when it gets to the end of their licensed opening times? Dead silence. I recommend this place WHOLEHEARTEDLY.

Loved it will definitely return soon. Friendly staff and beautiful breakfast. Comfy beds had a great sleep. Pity we couldn't stay longer and enjoy the entertainment but next time we will ensure we book the weekend.

We stayed here for a wedding. We were showed to our rooms and the heat instantly hit us. The toilet didn't flush properly, we told the staff as soon as we came down that we had no running cold water. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were hard and flat. One member of staff were very dismissive and rude when we asked for bottled water (free for all staying guests as stated on the website) and argued with us that we had already had 2 bottles, yet again we still had no cold running water (hence the reason we left a day early) Location was fine very easy to find and located centrally to blackpool tower and the main shopping area.
