Cheap and cheerful, host was lovely and location was good but room was cold, bit smelly and didn't even have a cuppa as the kettle in the room was filthy. Did the job for 1 night though!

Myself & a friend had a 3 day break there recently and it was it was really enjoyable, we stayed from 10th September till the 13th September it had a nice friendly atmosphere, clean rooms, shower facilities & comfortable beds & all at a great price as a bonus it was within walking distance of the promenade, the management couldn't have been anymore helpful hence my ratings for this charming B&B. Clive & Angela.

Very very bad room, no clean no proper doors bathroom was not good, no proper bathroom door . Felt very very uncomfortable. We booked for two nights but checked out within one day .very old building.
