Worst hotel in Blackpool! When you got to Blackpool you expect the hotel to be a bit grotty (even the hilton) but this hotel was dirt. £250 for 2 night. Me, my 3 kids and grandma. We wasn't expecting much from the hotel and could have probably put up with the lack of cleanliness. What I could not put up with was finding the kettle full of sick in the morning from the previous guest! Obviously I wasn't happy about this and was quick to find the manager to express my feelings. He tried to blame it on us, saying we should have check it when we arrived (8pm Friday night. Last thing on my mind was coffee, I wanted a whisky) I told him about thw lack of cleanliness in the room and took him back up to show him. After telling him we wanted a refund and would be leaving he got verbally aggressive and directed this at my 3 year old disabled son! I am not a confrontation person but this was swiftly dealt with. The next hour or so was spent in reception trying to get my refund, which eventually I did after putting all the hotel keys in my pocket. I'm not proud of this one bit but I was getting nowhere with this person, all he was interested in was me cancelling my booking on booking. Com. Maybe so I lost proff of booking so he wouldn't have to reform, I don't know. Now stuck in Blackpool by chance I found 'southbeach Kings hotel' cost £130 per night, for 5 of us. It is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Blackpool for this kind of price. Also, after this experience.. I will never use a kettle in any hotel, ever again!

We stayed for 3 nights over my birthday weekend. The welcome was lovely, customer service was amazing. We booked a small double room for £88. To be honest, this is a small room - The staff knew about it being a special occasion so upgraded us free of charge to a double room with sea view and honestly it made the stay! It was a lot bigger, larger TV and a gorgeous view. There was the odd few things that were dated, worn & broken - however, you get what you pay for. These did not affect our stay at all. Thank you for the lovely stay!! We will be back!!

Me and my girlfriend stayed here over August Bank holiday. 2022, for £50 a night, on beach front location, it was fantastic, to be honest, room was clean tidy, white sheets, coffee and tea, and bathroom with shower sink and toilet, calm and chilled environment. And smelled really good on entrance and anything you need just ask. For 50 really good value, would recommend to anyone and a great little cafe 50 meters away looking to re book with family already.

Stayed for one night. We stayed in room 1. The shower cubicle had mould on it . The toilet would not flush We had a view of a wall. There was dry bird poo on the window outside. The heating was never turned on..it was freezing. The tv remote control had all sticky tape where the battery compartment is. No parking facilities. Parking only on the main road which you have to pay for. The good points were: The bed was really comfy. We will not be staying in this guest house again!
