The hotel is conveniently located near Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, as well as metro and bus stations. However, the street where the hotel is situated is quite steep, which might be a bit challenging, especially if you have heavy luggage to carry. The staff's attitude was good, and the service was relatively decent. However, there were some issues. For instance, I requested new bathroom slippers multiple times because the old ones were unusable. Each time, they said okay, but nothing was done, so I ended up using the same worn-out and wet slippers throughout my stay. Additionally, the refrigerator in my room was not working, despite my reporting the problem, but it was never fixed. Apart from these problems, it's worth noting that the rooms were clean, the air conditioning system worked well, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a decent level of comfort during the stay.

The hotel is great for the price. For 7 nights I have no problems. The street on which it is located is a little straight but not at all dangerous, I walk every day and normal people live there, there are always tourists as well. I recommend the hotel with two hands. The staff are very nice young guys who are immediately ready to respond to your needs, very polite and pleasant, the rooms are well cleaned, my room is 501 and it's great. If I come again I wouldn't go anywhere else. The location is great and you are close to everything. Where the hotel is is quiet and peaceful.

Don´t expect 3 starts standard as you might expect in Europe. On the photos rooms were looking just ok but in reality it was much different. The hotel is very basic and our room was old, not well maintained with windows that weren´t possible to close. As the hotel is in the back alley from Taksim square where the locals live, there was a lot of noise from outside and it felt like we were sleeping on the street. Hotel staircase is only for well trained people with good coordination because you need to have a skills to walk up and down so narrow and steep stairs. Hotel staff barely spoke English. The price was cheap but I suggest you to pay some more and try to get a more decent hotel closer to Taksim main area.

Nacre is a nice hotel with a friendly and helpful staff and reasonable price. My room was nice, neat, and tidy with a clean bathroom and good shower. I had a good balcony view. Great staff which were very friendly and helpful. The owner of the hotel is a lady called Serap, she was very helpful and welcoming, she made our stay very pleasant in the hotel. Other staff are a gentleman by the name of Rahman and lady called Gunel were also helpful and very friendly. The hotel is very close to Taksim square where buses and metro are easy to get. restaurants, shopping. Late night outings. Shops open till late. Etc. Taxies always available. Airport transportation is easy to get at that area. Definitely I will return to this hotel again soon.

The stuff was nice. The room was Ok too, but the sheets were with hair on it. They changed it after two days. There are no windows in the bathroom. They should change the windows because its too loud from the outside. (we were hearing the playing kids every morning). Good location but too far from the Bosphorus. The metro is near the hotel and the Taksim Square is in 2 minutes.
