Location walkable to so many fun and beautiful areas. Helpful staff, they go above and beyond. Advice regarding activities and snow skiing gear, sledding spaces, scenic drives. Rooms large and clean with views of mountains!

Thisbis a great place that is conveniently located to the lift and a bunch of shops. Be careful though, i walked in the main entrance with my 3 and 5 year old and it wreaked of weed. I dont care if people smoke but I dont want my kids exposed to that. Treat this as an adult resort and not a family resort. Beware

Hotel and rooms are well maintained. I enjoyed the one bedroom villa. Nicely stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer. Very clean. Nice appliances. Heated pool, hot tub, grills, ping pong, fire pits, fitness center and in the heart of Heavenly Village. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!! Craig in Valet is top notch! Two pieces of feedback; 1. front desk staff need to be trained regarding ADA Compliant Service Dogs (they asked for proof, which is illegal, but I showed it), and 2. the night shift front desk crew was not very welcoming. Additionally, they were not able to book a room directly. So Inhad to go outside book it through reservations and then had issues "pulling the reservation over". Check-in should not take 40 minutes at 11pm. Otherwise, great stay!!!

We are MVC members and this property didn’t disappoint! Location is great. We visited during the fall, so crowds weren’t bad. We used the gym which was on par for MVC. Pool and hot tubs were nice. The only negative was the parking… valet only. Be sure to request your vehicle 5-10 minutes before you need it, maybe earlier during peak times. They comp the parking fee but tipping the valet adds up over the week. I would consider visiting to ski next time

I’m an owner so this review is from an Owner’s perspective. I spent three weeks at this resort so had plenty of time to enjoy everything they had to offer. My time there was great! Valet is a bit of a cluster, but they seem to make it work. I was asked to park behind another car and leave the keys on the dash. That happened a lot so I just got used to it. They valet’s are friendly and seemed to be always running to bring guests their cars. Check-in went pretty quick. I got my room and was directly to the concierge. Here’s where a missed opportunity happened. There was only one person at the counter and was helping a couple before me. She saw me waiting and simply asked me to come up and quickly gave me my owner’s discount card and a list of locations. She said to take a picture of the activities list and told me if I needed anything to come see her. She was pleasant and I appreciated not having to wait, but they should have this station staffed as this is the first chance to interact with each guest and their plans for the stay. Everything else was great! The room was beautiful and everything was perfect. I wish the shower had more pressure, but not a biggie. The fireplace was a nice touch and the bed was SO comfortable. All the amenities were kept up nicely. I thing they did an great job making things stay looking new and relevant. I enjoyed the on-site restaurant Fire+Ice a few times. :) What really made me give four stars is a very polarizing topic; dogs. My understanding is the resort does not allow dogs except for service dogs so I travel without pets. However, I ran into four different dogs during my stay. I’m not sure seeing a dog do his business while grilling is something I would like to see. These were not service dogs as three were small (two in baby stroller’s) and one larger one. I just feel like either you allow or not allow dogs; there should be no exceptions. Overall, a great place to stay as an owner or a guest!
