Excellent staff, very helpful, but the hotel needs repair. It used to be a mall, and the redesign concept is great: ruin on the outside, recent fashion design on the walls of the rooms, each room named and wallpapered with pictures and trivia about a different fashion design company. The all-inclusive label is a trick. The breakfast was the only meal worth it (it was awesome every day). There are 3-4 other restaurants "included" part of the hotel, but their food selection is very limited, most of the menu items were not available.

It's very located in a deserted shopping mall. The curtains do not cover the window and there is a large gap in the door. The fluorescent lights from the window and door gap light up the room all night. You can hear everything from outside and there is no privacy at all. Had to move to a different hotel to sleep and received no refund for two nights we booked.

Humid feeling rooms with a funny smell. All sound goes through them. Plenty of light seeps into the room at night from the outside. The worst part was that there is absolutely no hot water. The hot water valves don’t even work so it was a very cold shower. I will admit for the price it was great for a one night stay. Very convenient location for nearby restaurants, beaches, and nightlife.
