To start of you pay for what you get for. Initially I booked for a king room and got a queen. Rooms, towels, sheets are dirty. Toilet overflows, As well I was told our room was cleaned but was NOT. No new towels, nor was our bed re-done. As well it took them over 24hrs to clean a mess they left with a bunch of bees on the floor. Very dirty. Only good thing was the location was near all the restaurants and bars

For the price it’s ok, don’t stay here for the pool like we did, it’s more a waiting pool. The staff are super friendly and do their best but the hotel needs a revamp. The grout in the tiles in our room was worn out letting in bugs, lizards and cockroaches crawled into the room under the front door, the walls are paper thin and people slam the doors really hard. The bed is not for anyone with back issues, the tv is only Spanish tv and not a smart tv.

It needs maintenance. We had a cold shower only. The whole place flooded when it rained. 😐 The place seems expensive for what you get. You'd think they would keep the place in better condition. There were also a bunch of drunks hanging out at the corner store. It's not very walkable. There really isn't much in that area, just other residences. They are letting this compound die a slow death.

The security guard a former cop or so he claimed was nice in the beginning. He insisted on my female companions # so he could "get us anything we needed." Then it got weird. The next day before his shift he started texting her non-stop. When he arrived for work on night two of our stay he insisted we stay in a better room. So we did however the new room had one bed like the previous one so he kept moving us until we had one with 2 single beds and when we said um NO! He insisted the place was sold out (it clearly was not). We left the next morning after noticing when we went for breakfast he had put flowers and a "love note" to her taped to the outside door. He then messaged her saying he could not live without her (we were gone to another hotel at this point) so she blocked him. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. It is inexpensive for a reason!

Me and a buddy had two hours to kill so we decided to get brunch somewhere close to our AirBnB. We walked in and we were not greeted for about ten minutes. We only saw one server taking care of everyone. There were six tables inside and two outside. We felt bad for him since he had to run around doing everything. We ordered our drinks. It took more than twenty minutes to get our drinks since there were no bartenders either. He had to google on how to make our beverage and finally get it to us. Then we ordered our mains and that came out fairly quickly. The meal was a little too salty for my liking. We tried ordering a few apps but we were not allowed too. Overall this place is not for me unfortunately but it could've been a one off day.
