Good service. I booked the wrong dates and was able to change them via email without extra cost. Hotel was in a good location, everything worked OK. It was quiet even though really closet to a busy street. Free luggage storage at checkout.

Hotel MDM is not only conveniently located near the metro, making it a breeze to explore the city, but it also offers affordable rates that won't break the bank. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is its incredibly polite and attentive staff. From the moment I checked in, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Clean rooms, great location, and friendly staff – I couldn't have asked for a better experience in Warsaw! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, and make sure you learn the fascinating Soviet-Era history of the area as well!

Great comfy and very clean hotel in a good place near the old town. It takes 5 min to get to old town via taxi and costs some euros. The hotel room was very clean and comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was facing the tram tracks so if one is bothered by the sound of tram, just ask a room from other side of the building. It was fine to us and we had a good night sleep.
