We have stayed in ME for 6 nights and we absolutely loved it. Hotel has a great location, surrounded with abundance of bars and restaurants. You can walk to any central locations in Madrid within 10-15min. Hotel breakfast is fresh and feels homey. Staff is beyond attentive and helpful. They make you feel like a proper guest. Rooms are nice, clean and cozy. Only disadvantage is little space for luggage storage. Definitely will consider another stay.

The view on Santa Ana plaza was wonderful. Also the lobby always smelled like someone had just shampooed their hair. The shower was soooo luxurious, there are jets on the front panel! Also robes and toothbrushes are provided. My girlfriend loved the room service pancakes for breakfast and the pork cheek was also notable. Excellent service all around. I would definitely stay here again. Close to the action but not in the middle of the crowds if that makes sense.

Stayed for 2 nights in mid October with my wife. Location is perfect. It's in the center of everything and a short walk to the highlights of the city. The property is a bit dated but impeccably kept clean. Modern, chic, and warm vibes throughout the property. Rooms are comfortable and functionally designed. For the price point, the hard product is a solid value. What really sets this property apart, though, is the people who work there. Everyone from the doorman to the housekeeping ladies are warm, friendly, and very professional. I want to specially recognize Adriana, who was the concierge during our stay. We had a little issue with our room which I reported to her on our way to the gym downstairs one morning. By the time we were done with our 30 minute workout, she had already addressed the issue by coordinating with housekeeping. She then helped us make a dinner reservation, and when she realized it was our last night in Spain, she had chocolate covered strawberries sent to our room in the evening as well. She made us feel like we were the only ones staying at the property because she was so attentive to our needs. And that level of hospitality trickles down to the rest of the staff, who always greet you with a smile, happy to engage with you and help you with anything. This is hospitality at its best. We 100% recommend this property.
