Lovely hotel, friendly cheerful staff that were always quick to resolve any issues. They pack breakfast for you if you get up early for Angkor Wat sunrise. Amazing location, so convenient next to the best laundry, grocery stores and a great local restaurant right across the street. Very walkable to Pub Street and the night market but also walkable to the area around the Royal Gardens which is nice and serene. Rooms were quiet and black out curtains dark.

The hotel is great location, central located to night markets & shopping, national museum, kings Palace! Staff are awesome & very helpful. Breakfast is got great variety, dinner menu is good & prices are very reasonable! Staff will make airport pick up & return & tours for you! Awesome awesome awesome! Only drop 1 star on hotel because shower door doesn't seal good & gets the bathroom floor partially wet(not big deal)! Would definitely highly recommend & get reservations via Agoda website big discount!

Wonderful hotel conveniently located in the heart of Siem Reap. The room was very spacious and clean. We really appreciated the kind staff - special call out to Jame, along with many members of the team in the front lobby who assisted us throughout our time at the hotel. We were also very impressed by the breakfast pack the team provided for our sunrise Angkor Wat tour one of the days. We will absolutely be back and fell in love with Cambodia!

Our Executive Double Room was comfortable, spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the district/greenery. No noise issues at all. It is a 10-15 minute walk from pub street, a few minutes from the river. There are excellent venues immediately opposite the hotel - call outs to Phalla restaurant (probably the best meals we had on our whole trip), Majestea (great coffee) and the (no English name) juice/shake shop. Hotel has many amenities including large pool which was very refreshing and gym (did not use). Extensive breakfast offering including egg station. Staff were super friendly, being a smaller hotel (estimate at 50 rooms) and our 5 night stay it felt like they knew us each time we came by. Would definitely stay here again. (BTW I was a little shocked when the hotel messaged to offer an airport transfer at USD45, having been to Siem Reap before and remembering how close the airport is to town. In late 2023 the airport was relocated to 45-60 minutes drive away so while a little more expensive than arranging it yourself, their fee is reasonable). Pool area has too few loungers. There were often guests wanting a lounger but all were occupied, with no other poolside seating despite a vast area that is unused.
