We had a small suite (1301 on the 3rd floor in the main building). Very spacious and comfortable. The hotel very kindly gave us late check out as long as we moved to another room (2108 - ground floor overlooking the pool). That was smaller but another very good room. Nice breakfast near the pool. Note: it is better to be in the main building with the restaurant and large pool. There is overflow space on the other side of the road. Sodaly on the front desk was super helpful and just generally wonderful. Thanks so much!

Gorgeous hotel with hotel decor and fittings very much complementing the area. Pool areas were great with one being in the full sun and the other quite shaded (a welcome relief in the heat of the day). Staff were very attentive & friendly. Rooms were very spacious. Restaurant was delicious as was the cocktail lounge. We loved the location being quieter but still an easy walk into the busy part of town.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at the Shinta Mani Angkor. The staff are so helpful, thoughtful, and accommodating...truly the most hospitality I've ever experienced at a hotel, and I've stayed at hundreds of hotels all over the world. My room was also amazing. Understated luxury with thoughtful components such as a soft lamp in the bathroom to find your way in the middle of the night and adaptable electrical outlets. The restaurant served delicious food with amazing service. They even boxed up a breakfast for me to take to the sunrise tour of Angkor Wat since I had to depart before the dining room was opened. The location is within a short walk to a lovely local market, and a very short (15 min) drive to the local temples and they coordinated a fantastic driver and interpreter/tour guide for me, with a customized private tour at a very reasonable price. The same driver picked me up at the airport upon my arrival into Siem Reap and had a cool towel and cold water waiting for me in the car. He continued that level of service during the tours to the temples, which was amazing considering the heat/humidity had me sweating through my clothes. If you're still wondering if you should stay here, don't. Book it and enjoy!

What an absolutely stunning hotel. Easily the most tastefully decorated hotel I have stayed in worldwide. The staff are incredibly kind, particularly Ewan who took the time to show me several room types so I could decide which I liked best. The finest of customer service. Will be making a return trip to Siem Reap just to stay at this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough.

Nice yet way below expectations for a 5 starts. It should be a 4 starts at best. Swimming pool very small and barely serves 20 people with sun beds. Breakfast option very limited. Room are ok but very basic. Staff is kind and guide tours organized are very good but way too expensive. Airport transfer to the new international airport is $65: way overpriced. Not sure I would recommend this hotel given the price / quality / service level. Very centrally located and easy to get anywhere by foot. AC very noisy.
