The room was comfortable and had everything we needed it. We couldn’t order room service even though we were within the hours to order it. We ended up ordering pizzas from Domino’s. The biggest disappointment was the car park. If you have a big car DO NOT park in there. It’s a rabbit hole, very small with big pillars that you have to dodge. They all have marks from cars that have been scraped. Once I got in I was trapped, it took me a while to manage to get out. I almost damaged my car trying to get out of that hole. Stay away! I think they should warn people that is not suitable for big cars.

We’ve stayed at pacific before and had no problems but this time after checking in we decided to pay for breakfast. On departure we were told we owe the amount for breakfast that I had already paid during check-in, dumbfounded I said no we paid yesterday and showed the lady at reception the transaction and timestamp. She took a photo and told us she would take care of it. I’ve now been charged twice for the one morning we had breakfast there. Just don’t understand how an error like that can be made. After a phone call explaining and an email proving the transaction, I was met with the response that no payment was connected to the room we stayed in. I explained we had been moved from room 210 due to the aircon not working, to room 504. The issue has not been resolved and I have been charged twice. I would recommend if you stay here to make sure you document your purchases as I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

Dirtiest Hotel I’ve been in my life!!! The bed was so dirty and full of hair, absolutely gross! The floor hasn’t been vacuumed it was terrible! Bathroom is old and dirty as well and we have been given a pool towel with bird poos all over it! They have offered us a different room which we didn’t accept as the floor were even dirtier We just spent $300 for 1 night in this place and if I could get a refund and sleep in my car instead I would do it! I was talking to a lady that stays in a room close to us and said she had bugs all over her bed Absolutely do Not recommend !!! Car park is also disgraceful, extremely small you can’t even move and you have to pay $25 to park there Very unhappy and disappointed

Just stayed here after booking very last minute over the phone as our plans to stay with family were spoiled by Covid. Very thankful I was able to get a room with my two young kids as my husband was having a major surgery at the hospital only a few doors down. What a fantastic location, very comfortable room, shower could have been a bit cleaner so deduct a star. Also could have had a toaster in the room. Restaurant is really lovely and buffet breakfast was great! I was happy with 1/2 price for the kids. The pool and deck is awesome too. Under different circumstances I’d definitely stay here again for a city visit/ getaway. Car park is very tight but still happy I could park there for $25 per night.

The rooms are quite good and the bed comfortable, but the one I slept in had a dip on the side I was on, TV, fridge, tea & coffee, milk, sugar, shampoo & conditioner & body soap liquid. Smelt fine not musty. I was in room 213 which was beside the lifts & never heard them at all. The girls at the front were very helpful and professional. The food down stairs I found on the expensive side, but very nice. I was blown away by the great deeds done on the other side of the road by people helping the homeless, I've never seen a washing machine & dryer in a car b4(see pic). A $60 ride each way from the airport if you decide to come to this hotel.
