Great location but that’s where it ends. 1. Dropped by bags off early before check in and as other reviews highlighted they just left the bags in the open and without any room tags. Got back at 6pm (after hours) and the bags were still there. Why not take it up to the room????? 2. Had cockroaches walking across the ground 3. Bathrooms were very dirty with dust in the air vents and grime through out the showers. Funnily enough I thought I was staying at the Rydges but definitely not. If it’s budget that you’re looking for and great location then I suppose this will do.

Great spot close to everything. If you need something ask, there was no toaster in the room, asked at reception, toaster appeared. For a long stay having own clothes washer and kitchenette was the best, for an amazing price.

The rooms where only ok. Very dusty and dirty. Bed sheets had yellow stains, only realised in morning upon waking up. Even worse my friend left his shirt behind called the next day and obviously the staff have stolen what is a expensive shirt. Wasn't going to leave a bad review until this happened. Obviously the cleaners and staff try and find paying guest belongings to steal than actually clean. Very poor behaviour.

Stayed in an apartment. $150per night. Pricey considering these things: Shower had alot of mould. Needs new silicone or a good clean with anti mould spray. Had to relocate a couple of small roaches in kitchenette. Poor lighting in the room. No clock anywhere, no toaster, no tissues. Table hadnt been wiped properly and was sticky in some areas. Room dusty as well. Noticed an extra charge on my card after departing, was told it was because stains were found on the carpet. No way that i made any stains during my short stay. Be wary of these extra 'cleaning' charges. Suggest doing preinspection with front desk staff

During my recent stay at The Ridge Apartment Hotel, I had the pleasure of experiencing a truly delightful getaway. Although there was a minor issue with the water bottle provided, it did not overshadow the overall positive experience. The gym, while not the absolute best, still offered a satisfactory space for my workouts, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine throughout my stay. I must admit, the hill leading to the valley posed a slight inconvenience, particularly during nighttime excursions. However, the exceptional features of The Ridge Apartment Hotel more than made up for it. The real highlight of this establishment was undoubtedly the stunning pool. I was captivated by its beauty and found it to be an absolute oasis of relaxation. The glistening water and inviting atmosphere provided the perfect backdrop for unwinding and rejuvenating my senses. Despite the minor inconveniences, The Ridge Apartment Hotel managed to create a truly memorable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in search of a serene and enjoyable stay. Rest assured, the remarkable pool and the overall ambiance of the hotel will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
