Great room with great service and easy to get to the city centre. Metro station also is right around the corner. Breakfast was good. Clean room with a balcony. Thanks to Alexi (I think) for checking us in and also the young man on reception also who told me it was his first day. It didn’t show, you were brilliant! I hope you are enjoying your new job still!

I was there for 2 nights, from Friday to Sunday. The location was excellent for my needs - to stroll around the central area, visit museums, attend a play. The breakfast had many delicious options. My room was very clean and quiet, even though is was facing the street.

Comfortable and modern hotel. Reasonably good breakfast however the coffee was lackluster, suggest to get a coffee made at the barista. You have to pay extra for this. Room was clean and newly renovated. Underground secure car park was convenient and reasonably priced (75 leu). Room heating operated in a strange way, for some reason it heated the room far too hot. Even when I set the thermostat to a different value it still kept heating the room so in the end I left the window open and that fixed the issue. Others in the hotel were having the same issue based off what I heard in the lobby.

We stayed here multiple times during our two week visit in Romania and Bulgaria. It is a fantastic place to stay. The hotel itself is well maintained with clean rooms and appealing common areas. It is also conveniently located to many sight seeing locations in Bucharest. The staff were very friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Everything we needed was taken care of with no issues. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well. I would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I am in Bucharest. Thank you Mercure!
