        Hotel is stunning from when you walk in, rooms are exactly what you pay for-stunning great amenities and views and if this is all you need I highly recommend staying here. Management really needs to look at staff in restaurant and who is sitting at concierge area, as they are absolutely hopeless. Concierge could not help with any restaurant bookings, any private bookings for tours, or give us the correct information on what was open during the holiday period. They even suggested we get to airport 3 hours before our flight only to find counters were not open for another hour. As for the restaurant, breakfast buffet was cold, barista coffees probably colder and you had to ask for chefs to top up food. Management really needs to look into how the hotel is being run!

        This is the worst hotel to stay in the entire tokyo. They extort You for money, pls make sure you check the bill time and again. The manager asked to add a cancellation fees despite rejecting a stay earlier. Shame on you. Btw Marriott benefits doesn’t work here, you actually have to pay for lounge access! Avoid at all cost. Oh the location is also the order I have seen.

        The hotel is absolutely stunning, from the lobby, rooms, and restaurant. Every staff member is helpful in a way that I have never experienced outside Japan. While the location is in an area of mostly commercial office buildings, there is incredible access to the entire city. The hotel provides many in-room amenities to help relax after long days exploring Tokyo. I did book my room with Bonvoy points redemption and even got a complementary upgraded room, so the cash value of this property is questionable. But it did provide the most luxurious stay I have ever experienced in a hotel.

        Great stay! The entire staff is so friendly and accommodating from the moment you pull up. Views: 10/10 Location: 10/10 if you like being a little tucked away from the standard bustle of a huge metropolis Rooms: large, comfy beds, wonderful bathrooms and great shower pressure Breakfast: 10/10 delicious and a lot of options Atmosphere: 10/10 live music and friendly staff Walkability: You can walk to ginza, the fish market, the pier, the Tokyo tower, and the garden all within 10-40 minutes. Subway: the closest stop is about 7 minutes walk but is operated by a different company than the rest of the Tokyo subway (we got a day pass and it wasn’t worth it). The U line (closest one) will take you to other stops where you can transfer but know you have to purchase a new ticket for the other lines. Otherwise the main subway lines are between 10-15 minute walk. Taxi: easy! the front desk can call one or you can use the go taxi app.

        Stay here during my visit to Tokyo, the hotel is very nice good location, the location is not as busy as central Tokyo which is great since the city is so busy. The hotel is still very nice and modern. the Service was good when we arrive on the first floor for our name by the time we go to floor 16 someone was already there and greeted us. the check in process simple we sat at the sofa and the came over got our info and got us our key. they walk us to our room broke down the room set up and everything. A plus for sure is the drink they give you 5 bottle of water 2 beer and OJ complementary most hotel that will cost you over $50 in Tokyo. Their is a table to control everything in the room from light to blinds. The view is nice and Overall great experience will stay here again
