My recent stay at Peninsula Tokyo was nothing short of amazing. The spaciousness of the room exceeded my expectations, providing a luxurious and comfortable environment. I was particularly impressed with the efficiency of the laundry service, which added a great deal of convenience to my stay. The front desk staff also deserve a special mention for their speedy and proficient handling of both check-in and check-out processes. Also, the concierge team at Peninsula Tokyo truly sets a high standard for resourcefulness and flexibility, distinguishing themselves from other luxury hotels. Their exceptional service was vividly demonstrated in how they handled restaurant bookings. For instance, their efforts in securing a table at the highly sought-after Tempura Fukamachi were remarkable. They not only managed to book us a spot in a usually hard-to-reserve restaurant, but also showed incredible ingenuity and persuasion skills by arranging an extra seat for us at a table that was typically set for two. This level of proactive and thoughtful service, going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction, was not just impressive but also deeply appreciated.

Had a great stay for 8 days. Booked with Amex and was upgraded to a suite. Service was wonderful. The amenities were incredible. Location was perfect with many subway and train stations nearby. The bed was very comfortable. Had a great sleep every night. The Peninsula does not disappoint.

Excellent location for sightseeing, eating and shopping. Well-maintained, spacious and well-equipped rooms. Helpful and attentive service. Housekeeping is top notch. We stayed for a couple of days in a king size room on the 20+ floor and can see the sky tree. Top choice for Tokyo.

My husband and I stayed at the Peninsula on our last night in Tokyo, and the first thing we said to each other was that we wished we had stayed here longer. The location is awesome in Ginza, next to tons of shopping and restaurants! Our room was beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable; and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. It happened to be my husband's birthday and they not only delivered a special cake to our room while we were out as a surprise, but also notified the staff at Peter (resident restaurant- HIGHLY recommend!) Who also made our night special. It was so thoughtful and kind. The bakery/pastry shop downstairs is absolutely divine and the desserts are so intricate and fun to look at. Everyone we interacted with here was so helpful and attentive, we felt very prioritized and the whole stay was luxurious from start to finish. We both agreed we will 100% be staying here again on our next visit! Thank you Peninsula staff 😊

This is one of the best hotel experiences I have had over decades of traveling. The staff is absolutely incredible, the people who run this place have attended one of the best hotels schools in the world. The hotel is really well located and my suite was divine, with a view of the emperor’s palace from 16th floor. The restaurants that are available for dinner are delicious and the service is really impeccable at all times. I can’t wait to come back to this place!
